Scam eSim Provider.
Purchased a 30 days 15Gb esim for 3x iPhones. Data was extremely slow to non existent, was not usable at all 97% of the time. It was like data was instantly capped as soon as esim was activated. Data speed was only usable for whatsapp and email downloads. Google maps or Youtube, forget it!. According to the signal we had 5G full signal but data speed was either "no internet" or apps wouldnt load/update. Went through the troubleshooting and change the APN in Japan to kroly from the globaldata with no difference. Once tried to use the GO Taxi app in Tokyo and the app said this app is only available in Japan ( we were in Tokyo and location services was turned on ). When I went to google.com it had redirect itself to google.com.hk so it looks like data is routed outside Japan and then coming back hence why its so slow. Reset and reinstalled Jetpac eSim as advised by their website, no difference. Remember this is the same across THREE iPhones so wasnt an isolated incident. My advice is stick to an eSim provider that exists in the country that youre in and stay away from eSim providers that covers multiple countries. We had to walk around and find free wifi around the city to be able to use our phones for google maps and the kids entertained on youtube. Stay away from this scam service.
