I wish there were an option for ZERO stars. The first time I purchased furniture from this store was in 2023, and I didn’t learn my lesson when they delayed the delivery. Now, the same thing is happening again in 2025. I ordered furniture covers on February 19, 2025, and to this day, they still haven’t delivered the order. I requested a refund, but they keep saying the items will be delivered six weeks from now. On top of that, if I cancel, I’m told I have to pay 50% of the total — for an order I never even received. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS STORE! YOU WILL REGRET IT!
