I liked the assistance with booking but…
I liked that I was able to talk to customer service to walk me through the process of booking and checking in. I did not like being surprised by not having my flight book confirmation right after I submitted payment since my flight is short notice. I called three times, once to ask for help with selecting a flight, once asking how quickly it will be booked and checked in since I did not realize there was a delay, and once to ask how to obtain my check-in as well as obtain my pass for flight. In all I think the site can do better with a more transparent direction on how we can check in. However, I do appreciate being able to have someone ready to assist
