Bad customer service
Bad customer service. Had to write them repeatedly until a technical error was adressed concerning a voucher. Some emails were completely ignored. But even worse: after placing an order of about >$700 they messed up the customs declaration which had the consequence, that the carrier, UPS, made me pay a higher amount. the issue was that they didnt state the shipping costs, because i didnt have to pay any, but according to UPS, the declaration must include the shipping costs, in my case they simply should have noted that i did not pay them. I asked them to change the declaration so that UPS would refund me, again I was ignored. Apparently they do not value customers that actually also fork out money and would have returned. Wont buy again
