A no-show even for our INTRO consultation...
I'm an investor who was eager to find out more about their services and possibly work with them, So I scheduled a meeting with one of the sales reps, Lindsay - and she was a total no-show for our 30 minute consultation. If they're just starting off like this, it's definitely not a good fit. Not to mention, the customer service rep I spoke to beforehand seemed like a nice girl--but she wasn't very knowledgeable when I asked her but I thought were basic consumer questions. Disappointed in them, but oh well - not chasing anyone down to give them my business, too many others out there. Next!
