ETF IS A SCAM: CS helpful until you start costing them too much money
I got banned and all accounts deleted for irritating a customer service representative when I requested a review of my denied payout. Only after I requested a payout they notified me of a inactivity beach that occurred more than a month before. So I traded an account for over a month making over $3000 on a account that was no good for a breach that could have been avoided by sending an email. I found ETF firm but fair for most of the 2 years with them but they changed as soon as I started requesting regular payouts. Why waste a month of my time when I could be be trading one on my other 2 ETF accounts. If I broke the rules fine but tell me right away don't waste all of our resources. Go ahead and explain how it wasn't arbitrary, I'll wait!
