Excellent Customer Service Received
I dealt with Kealan Roskin and his Manager Rinolen Naidoo at Oneplan and they really know what customer service requires. I always have problems with my claims or queries when dealing with One Plan and wanted to cancel my Policy, but dealing with Kealan and Rinolen restored my confidence in Oneplan and made me keep my Policy, they gave excellent quality customer service which is very rear to find. I hope they teach everyone there on how to treat customers
