I have never had a worse shopping experience than with Berny Watch. I bought this watch as a very meaningful gift for a loved one. Right out of the box, it had issues: the watch ran inaccurately, and the strap started peeling off after just a few days of use. It was truly embarrassing to give such a defective gift to someone. I contacted Berny Watch for support. They promised to send a replacement, but weeks went by with complete silence. I asked for a tracking number, no response. I requested a return satchel as per consumer protection laws, and again, no reply at all. Berny Watch sells faulty products and shows zero respect for customers. Do not be fooled by their polished advertising. Once they have your money, you are on your own with a broken product. If you are thinking about buying Berny Watch as a gift, think again. Your meaningful present could turn into worthless junk, and you’ll be left with nothing but frustration and silence. Do not make the same mistake I did. Stay far away from Berny Watch.
