I only give 1 star because nothing lower is available. Just to start the CS with this company is abhorrent, they only are available via email (all calls go to VM). I placed an order for 2 x WattCycle 16kWh 48V 314Ah Wall-Mount Bluetooth LiFePO4, was so looking forward to getting these batteries. Their website says: Shipping time: The time frame of an order delivery is divided into two parts: Processing time: 1-2 business days Shipping time: 2-5 business days The shipping will delay for some objective or uncontrolled reasons. We will notice our customer ahead for delays. After a week I had to reach out to them to get the status of my order (strike 1) Tried to call (several times at different times of the day) ALWAYS goes to VM. Got a response asking if I would be home for the next 10 days and they would have to have the shipper contact me (which was fine) but then later that day I get an similar email stating they needed me to contact them (WattCycle about shipping info for my order) When I questioned they claimed duplicate email from batch processing and the shipper would contact me about delivery (and now it has been 4 days) no contact (STRIKE 2) So now I have to wait to see how they will respond (realizing we are dealing with a multi-thousand dollar order). ****SO BUYER BEWARE, MAYBE IT IS A ONE OFF, BUT CAVEAT EMPTOR******
