First time online buyer of eyeglasses
First time for me in buying eyeglasses online and what a great experience it was with Befitting! Its website is very well designed and super easy to use. The ability to virtual try on and see any eyeglass frame was just terrific in making my selection. My follow up call to Sarah to confirm receipt of my order and prescription details was one of the best customer service interactions I've had in a very long time. I'll for sure be a returning customer!!
