Absolutely shocking experience. I returned a faulty Honor MagicPad 2 using the return label they provided. DHL refused to ship it because it contained three lithium batteries—something that goes against their own shipping policy. Yet Honor continues to send parcels with the exact same setup: • 1 device • 1 Magic Pen • 1 keyboard case Their customer service? Completely unhelpful. Don’t even waste your time with the live chat, they also don't answer emails. This whole situation has been a mess from start to finish. I’ll never buy from HONOR again—unprofessional and completely amateurish
