Did not receive order, ghosted.
Placed an order, they could not deliver, and after I contacted them for redelivery or pickup there was no answer. I will be requesting a chargeback from my bank. UPDATE: Enabot reached out to me after the chargeback went through on May 22 and arranged for the item to deliver. Then they requested I cancel the chargeback and ship the item back and they will refund me accordingly. I sent the item back and it arrived to their facilities May 27th, today they still have not refunded me. Theyre claiming they gave me a "refund" already and showed me a screenshot of the chargeback. A chargeback is NOT a refund, and because I cancelled the chargeback I now do not have an option to chargeback AGAIN. Shady company operating out of China and will shortchange you given the opportunity. STAY CLEAR OF THIS PRODUCT AND COMPANY.
