Careless packaging and terrible customer service
Very careless packaging and they will not send out replacements or reimburse to you for damaged goods or missing items. Got a kit and the gel was not sealed properly meaning almost half of it leaked out and several dyes were missing so I could not complete the project. Was given $5 coupon to repurchase the kit which aren't cheap (~$50) with individual parts not available for purchase and shipping is more than $25
