Wrong specs and charged 15% & shipping twice for their error
Ordered items that the description said were .5” inserts and they measured less than what was stated in the description which when returned I was charged a 15% restocking fee plus paid for shipping both ways because there specs are incorrect. Restock fee if no new order is placed, which they do not have the right material based on the fact their specs are not correct.
