Customer Service is Terrible
Ordered 18 inch Afro kinky bulk. Immediately sent email, social media messages and WhatsApp messages requesting to edit the order to 22 inches as my Braider informed me that my hair was longer. QVR mailed the 18inch then responded to my email that it was too late. It wasn’t, they could have placed a stop on that order. They do not respond fast enough to messages. They asked me to consider using the 18inch. I asked for an overnight label to return the product and they refused.
