I rarely write reviews, so this should be counted as 6 stars not 5! Customer service is responsive, accommodating and smart. Delivery speed from China to USA is average 5-7 days on the basic service across our orders and the pricing has improved making delivery more affordable for our growing brand. They offer a range of custom packaging services outside of standard fulfilment and can accommodate most services we need. To the team, please never change and keep doing what you're doing as I am sure you will be a top 3PL. If pricing can improve even further that would be great but I can understand the current US situation makes that difficult. I highly recommend this service.
