I’d like to give 4 or 5 stars but Fire Maple doesn’t seem too interested in addressing my concerns over the inconsistent flame valve operation. I have sent emails and a requested video clip of the inconsistancy with no reply. I was going to order a second tulip lamp but not now as I feel these lamps are unsafe and a fire hazard. How about a refund and you can have the piece of 💩 back.
