I contacted FLYACHILLES by email, as I had questions about a specific ceiling pendant light, (prior to making any purchase.) I was contacted right away by one of their kind and knowledgeable support staff, who quickly answered all my questions. It was with this type of customer service, that was the deciding factor with my purchase. I’m looking forward to receipt of one of their beautiful ceiling lights; and am hopeful it will arrive soon.
