PVY Z20 MAX purchase and customer support.
I haven't got the bike as yet and will write a further review of it when I receive it. The website contains comprehensive information and you use their web feature to compare the bikes you're interested in. My choice was between the PVY Z20 PLUS 1000 and the PVY Z20 MAX. The spec that was the overriding factor for me was the 200 km range on the MAX, as I want to use it for long trips. Search YouTube reviews for an additional €50 discount code... Customer services are very helpful and are very accommodating. I noticed a bug in their email regarding pricing and they offered me a free rear rack bag for my trouble.
