I have bought many items from this site, all great but never needed to return anything, until now. I posted my return with the address in NSW that Buykud (reluctantly, it seemed) provided me with. I took a photo of the Australia Poat receipt with tracking number. I've had no response from the company since. Tracking info has located the parcel 'awaiting pick up' from a local post office. They don't respond. I will NEVER use this site again. Customer service doesn't exist.
