Terribly slow and inaccurate service
After seeing many of their advertisements on social media I decided to make a purchase. That was the last I heard from the company with no information around delivery times etc. I contacted them but did not get any responsesuntil I had to make a complaint online. They were prompt with sending me a tracking number however it doesn’t work and there’s no such listing for the tracking number. I still have no idea when my parcel will actually arrive and I can’t track it. Also the company barely responds to emails or complaints. Avoid this company and save yourself a headache!
