Please investigate the poor bullying attitudes of Serene Quek towards other staff in Depot Heights NTUC FairPrice. Witnessed with my own eyes of her bullying a part timer and other staff. No wonder the staff working there look so unhappy all the time. A poor leader is counter productive. Not only did she not report injury from falling goods toppling down due to poorly maintained storages on top of the shelves, she belittle the staff injured due to unsafe packing. Was at NTUC and saw this. Check the cctv. The acquaintance part timer gotten bruises on his face after goods stacked by other staff instructed by her fell on him!
