Good product in general, but the USB cable isn't
I'm gonna give 4 stars because when I purchased the earphones for the first time, they worked literally for 1 hour and then the cable stopped working. It seems like the USB cable needs some construction revision to make it more robust. However, I contacted the company via email and after talking with them about my problem, they sent me a new cable and now everything is working just fine. After-sales is a very important thing for an organization I think and they respond very well.
