Incomplete order and they are not reachable.
I ordered 2 rakhis but received only 1. For this order 2 rakhis cost was Rs.17 each. Total Rs.34. for which I paid Rs.41 (more that cost of 2rakhis) delievery charges. Later when I received one and I sent all proofs with videos and images and asked to send another rakhi. They directly just refund me the cost of one rakhi Rs.17. and now they are not even responding to any of my msgs and emails. If they can't deliver the rakhi. They should also refund me Rs.41 of delivery charges. This is total unfair to customers. I won't recommend this to anyone.
