Disappointing delivery expectations and experience.
Product was as advertised, but delivery expectations were not met. I selected 2-5 day delivery to doorstep where courier is supposed to contact ahead of time. On second working day, the tracking link still only showed "Info Received", with no updates. I chatted with a rep on the chat, Jess if I recall correctly, and after checking, assured me that it was queued for delivery that day, and that the courier would contact before arriving. Unfortunately, there was still no change in status, and no calls/messages from the courier. On the 3rd working day, I noticed that the status update had jumped to "out for delivery" and "Completed" by 2:16pm. And I did NOT receive any calls or messages. Could not retrieve my rather personal item sitting outside my apartment door till I returned at 6:30pm. I was aware that the parcel would be delivered in 2-5 working days, but was very disappointed that (1) the tracking link was not up to date, (2) the rep on the chat gave me inaccurate info about when to expect my parcel, and (3) the courier did not call/message before just leaving the parcel on my doorstep for half a day.
