Worse Experience!
Very bad experience after waiting for their order for almost 2 weeks with no tracking link or courrior no shared only showing your order is being prepared , they informed on email that the item I had ordered is not available and asked me to chose another stone and another item. Highly unprofessional & I feel cheated.. don’t know if they would complete that order too.. I have asked for full refund as I have lost all trust but no response yet.
