Genuine care and interest in serving customers
The genuine care and interest in actively listening to, understanding the needs of the customer, building trust and effectively sourcing the desired watch at an optimal price point (even the not so easily available watches) is the key differentiator between Timepieceperfection and other stores. I am very impressed with Dan D and his team’s sense of responsibility and due diligence with the end to end process from sourcing to shipping the watch. Overall, it has been an amazing experience and will reach out to Dan and his team first for the rest of my watch purchases.
