- Zero customer service & scamming people money.
I would strongly give rating as -0 as the customer service is very poor. I booked tickets from SG to KL 10 days before & got an email 2 days before my trip stating that the trip was cancelled by bus operator. When I contact bus operator for refund, they asked me to contact Easy Book, when I contact Easy Book then they asked me to contact Bus operator. Easy Book making customers as prey to earn money & I wonder where the money goes to? Scam was Professionally carried out by Easy Book in SG. GOOD JOB EASY BOOK!!!!!
