Efficient customer service, the best bike for the price.
I pre-ordered on 29 March and received my PVY Z20 Max on 6 May. Everything was as agreed. Support kept me informed all the time how the bike was going. In the meantime, the bike was discounted in the shop and I was offered free accessories. Today I just received a notification that my extra charger has arrived at the parcel machine. I also read the negative reviews and what stood out the most were the cases where people were not prepared to wait but wanted it immediately like from Amazon. If it wasn't right away, a negative review was written. I did a lot of research before I decided to buy a bike from this company. In my opinion very progressive engineering and a very good commuter bike. The best product you can get for the price. I really hope that this young innovative company will get the wind in its wings and keep getting better. If you're a technophile and can read and understand how the ordering process works, then I dare recommend this company and its bikes.
