Hello, I’ve decided to place another order and really hope I receive my contacts this time. I don’t believe the issue is with your company at all — I’ve always been happy with your products. Your contacts are the most natural ones I’ve ever used, and that’s why I came back. I think the problem may be with the delivery service, because the last two times I ordered, I never received my package. I was even told a replacement would be sent, but that never arrived either. That’s when I stopped ordering for a while and tried another company, but I wasn’t satisfied with their products. I truly want my contacts and I’m giving this another try. Could you please double-check the shipping method or tracking on this order to make sure it gets to me? Thank you, Janine Holman
