The company is using AI-generated advertisements to attract consumers into purchasing products that do not perform as advertised. These advertisements may contain deceptive, misleading, or factually inaccurate claims intended to persuade consumers to purchase a product, service, or property. I purchased the Electric Spray Retractable Air Cushion Comb based on the claims and presentation shown in the company's AI-generated advertisement. However, upon receiving and attempting to use the product, I discovered that it does not work as advertised. I believe consumers should be protected from misleading advertising practices that create false expectations about a product's functionality and performance. Companies should be held accountable for the claims made in their advertisements, regardless of whether those advertisements are created using artificial intelligence. I am requesting that this matter be investigated and that the company be held responsible for its advertising practices. I also request a full refund for the product that I purchased based on the representations made in the advertisement. Never heard from them. PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY. I also, filed a complaint with the BBB on 10/14/26. Go to the BBB for info regarding this company.
