The company has always treated me well over the years. I did receive my order, and it looks nice. The problem is, it's a skin for the phone and I was ordering a phone case. I've had cases from you in the past and have always enjoyed them. The case I bought when I got my new phone (not from you) has fallen apart so I reached out to you so I could purchase a quality one with the same customization I've always gotten in the past. I hope we can work something out. The case I currently have will not stay together and I'm afraid it will not protect my phone the way it's supposed to. Thank you very much.
