stay away !!! its a fraud . or not actaully a fraud but they will try not to pay taxes, so they dont make any invoice. they send you from singapore even though in their site it says 0 taxes on europe and usa its a lie. they just hope the custom office dont react/check to the parcel because they tag it as repair parcel return . they ask you to lie for them to the customs and without any invoice you are actually trapped into missleading custom clearance which can make you pay a BIG fine . i ordered a df64 gen 2 with HU burrs with total cost 580 or something . i dont think i will ever going to see that grinder and my money is already gone . my order number is #18070 because i saw you will ask for it . i was a coffee enthusiast but maybe after this experience i will sell my la marzocco machine ,too. now i have problems with customs as i was expecting but they dont care . i will pay the taxes and the fine and the parcel might be destroyed . they dont answer to any email anymore . they got their money they dont care . just STAY AWAY !!
