They lie about everything
They lie about everything. Their ads say their merchandise is made in and shipped from the US, and that orders ship within a few (I think 2 or 3) days. I began receiving updates—one package was being shipped from China and the other from Spain. Those packages were bouncing around the world. I got an email that the packages had been delivered (not true). They told me to check with the post office, who told me the tracking number was not a valid number. I have asked for a refund, and they just tell me to look in my garage, behind the bushes, etc. I wish I had looked here before I placed the order.
