Absolute negligence and deceptive practices – Misleading tickets and zero accountability I am writing this to expose the absolute blunder and subsequent negligence of IndiGo Airlines regarding booking reference E6GNTG. The airline completely failed in its basic operational duty and is now trying to brush it under the carpet by claiming I simply "missed" the flight. The root cause of this issue lies entirely with IndiGo's poorly designed ticketing system, which failed to properly distinguish and clearly mention the AM/PM formatting on the ticket. This lack of clarity is a fundamental blunder on the airline's part, creating unnecessary confusion for paying passengers. To make matters worse, there was absolutely no courtesy or effort from the airline to contact me before the flight's dispatch. Instead of addressing their mistake and the confusing layout of their own documentation, customer care has done nothing but stall, postpone, and evade processing the actual, proper refund I am owed. Offering automated, dismissive public replies on social media does not absolve them of their operational negligence. Avoid IndiGo if you value clarity and customer support. They will make a mistake on your booking details, offer zero communication before departure, and then refuse to take accountability for the financial loss they cause. Still my refund is pending with IndiGo even after many days.....what a horrible service, i kept messaging in Twitter (X) but simply getting its under process. But no serious action on it. Come on IndiGo..admit your mistake its not good practice, and your poor service would loose customers... Refer the History of KING FISHER Airlines......Rectify your mistakes and stop dogging or dragging by giving such lame excuses.... Refund my entire amount of Rs. 9453/- within 48 years of this post, or else be ready to face legal consequences for deficiency of service, which would cost you more than the present claim.
