TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE
I purchased a wig, I requested the Mocha color, I was sent a salt/pepper. I requested a full refund, they offered a small discount to keep the wig (twice). It’s not a color that would look good on me. They informed me, I would need to pay for RETURN SHIPPING. I don’t feel that this transaction should cost me ANYTHING. They should have provided a RETURN SHIPPING LABEL,like a reputable business.
