Bad Quality That You’ll Pay For
I ordered 2 rings - totalling $240 CAD. I was eyeing these rings for quite some time. The day I received them I opened them and the quality was 100% different than shown in the photos. The rings were cheap looking and the design was sloppy. I immediately requested a refund. They had 4 options. Two of which I pay out of pocket for the shipping and two of which I take some sort of cut for the cost - either way I would not have my money fully replenished. I opted to have $13 removed from my refund (their fee) and went with their shipping label. I sent the rings back and never heard anything for a while. I messaged their care support on what’s app and got a reply days later that my refund would be $170. That’s a difference of $70 CAD. I lost $70 trying to buy a ring. They claim that it’s in their return policy. It’s simply bad business. Please do not buy from these people!
