Poor quality and customer service
I recently ordered two watch straps for a Cartier watch. Despite providing all specific details of the model number and size the bands do not fit. The watch has a quick disconnect for easy interchanging bracelets, The shipment was delayed according to the representative due to the custom component necessary to achieve this. On installation the band was unable to be removed and a watchmaker couldnt even remove it. I notified the company with no response. The quality is very poor and the cost was over $500.00 for both bands. Im very unhappy with this company
