Great unless you need support.
I bought a ring. It was wonderful. But it was too big. I purchased a smaller one and then changed my mind. I've emailed support MULTIPLE times to cancel the order and they keep giving me the run around and won't cancel it. Theyre going to take too long and send it anyway and then ill have to return it. Just get some customer service skills and honor the cancelation. Its not that hard.
