BlueSG, I was overcharged 27 minutes due to a parking reservation issue and your unresponsive customer service (9-minute wait on hold, no live chat response).I reserve a parking lot and when I reach the station my lot occupied by other car. And because of this reason, I was overcharged 27 minutes with No Good Explanation.
