BE CAREFUL
I’ve ordered their clothes before but from Amazon and LOVE their biker shorts with pockets. I decided to order straight from their website this time around because it was cheaper and had more options but I regret doing so. Essentially, my package was never delivered - I was home the whole day it was supposedly delivered and never heard any activity at the door. When i saw the tracking was updated saying it was delivered I checked the front door maybe an hour after it was supposedly delivered - no package to be found. I immediately contacted both CRZ Yoga and the customer service email for Swiship, which is what they shipped it from. The email to Swiship kept bouncing back. I finally heard back from CRZ Yoga a few days later and they were just telling me my package was delivered and I should double check. There were multiple emails back and forth over the next 3 days all of which they kept insisting it was delivered and I needed to keep checking. They also then said that without proof from me that it wasn’t delivered, there was nothing they could do. I knew immediately this was a scam as I saw all the other reviews here of similar situations and I brought this up with them as well. Finally, after 4 days, they agreed that they could send me a new package as a “courtesy”. Since I do not have any video surveillance at my house, I didn’t want them to re-ship to my address and have the same thing happen again. So I gave them a different address of a family member and told them there is surveillance there. In the end, my new package was indeed shipped rather quickly to the new address and all my items are here. I kind of wish I didn’t explicitly tell them that there was camera footage just to see whether the same thing would happen again but at this point I’m just glad to have my product and be done with the whole ordeal. This entire experience was so not worth it and I don’t think I’ll be ordering from them again anytime soon given how they have handled everything.
