Brady Hudson is completely incompetent and horrible at any sort of customer service. Snarky comments and an inability to communicate with a complete coherent sentence. He purposely misprinted the labeled with the wrong color and isn’t even familiar with their own design program on the website. This is a common theme with this company. Find a local printer and save the headache dealing with this company. Brady Hudson the design supervisor is is absolutely worthless. Will on the other, actually knows what he’s doing and is quite pleasant. Negative reviews are popping up all over about sheet labels including on the better business bureau. It’s becoming quite apparent that the company will cost you time and money in the long run.
