Misleading trial — unexpected charge without clear warning
I signed up for what was advertised as a free trial, expecting a full month to test the platform, as there was no clear indication anywhere (especially in the Ukrainian-translated version of the site) that the trial was only 24 hours. The next day, I was charged the full subscription amount — without warning, and without even using the service beyond initial testing. Support responded quickly but refused any kind of refund, even partial. Their explanation was that the trial details were listed under the subscription tab — not something the average user would find if the interface is poorly translated or lacks clarity. This felt like a trap. If I had known it was only a 24-hour trial, I never would have signed up. Be very cautious before entering your payment info. The service might be useful — but the way they handle trials and charges is far from transparent.
