If you value support and warranty service, avoid Zotac.
Extremely disappointed with Zotac’s support. I submitted an RMA request for my faulty RTX 3070 over a month ago, which is still under warranty. Despite following all instructions and emailing eurotech (Zotac eu support) daily, I received no response at all. Live chat support is useless – they keep telling me to email the same address that doesn’t reply. No escalation, no action, no help. This is unacceptable for any company, especially one handling expensive hardware. If you value support and warranty service, avoid Zotac.
