I engaged a this printing company to produce custom parts using a specific technology. We agreed on certain technical specifications, including precise dimensions. However, upon production, they failed to meet these requirements. I requested a refund, but the supplier assured me they would switch to a different technology to resolve the issue, which would take additional time. After a while, they claimed to have succeeded using the original technology – but during that entire period, they did not inform me they were still working with the same method. Once they said the parts were ready, I specifically requested wooden crate packaging for protection during shipping. The supplier refused and insisted on using cardboard boxes. When I received the shipment, the cartons appeared undamaged, but several parts inside were cracked, broken, or had color defects. When I contacted the supplier, they deflected responsibility and told me to file a claim with the courier. After lengthy discussions, they agreed to reproduce one of the broken parts only. When I asked them to take responsibility for additional damaged items, they refused. This company showed poor communication, lack of transparency, failure to meet agreed specs, and unacceptable after-sales support. I cannot recommend working with them and urge others to be cautious.
