Francis John is amazing
Francis was thorough in answering all my questions without delay and made me feel comfortable in continuing using Boundless when I started having some hesitancy with another agent. I have chat with Francis a few times and you'll be happy if he happens to be your chat agent. I now feel our process is going somewhere and I think overall it's a great alternative to paying thousands of dollars for an attorney.
