Disappointing
Update: On one of the rare occasions when you responded, you said that my item would be shipped on the 17th of April. Regarding the payment, I would like to point out that if the payment hadn't gone through, I wouldn't have received a tracking number. Also, I would appreciate it if we didn't have to communicate here and you would respond to my emails or WhatsApp messages. I seem to have the same problem as many others. I ordered two vapes more than 5 weeks ago with a promised delivery time of 5 days. After 1.5 weeks, I finally received a tracking number, but since then, nothing has changed. The tracking status hasn't been updated in weeks and the customer service barely responds. I've been patient, but this is starting to feel like a scam.
