Their shoes were too loose. Orthoture refused to allow me to return them for a refund. Very unsatisfactory! They offered me a 20% refund and said I could keep the shoes and donate them. It's ridiculous in this ageof Online shopping for a manufacturer not to allow a return for a full refund. Do not order from this company!
