Issues with using their email as a password to access the manuals
I was having issues using the manuals and having the students put in their email as their password. This is something we were always able to do until they upgraded their system. So navigating their new system with the help of taking Pics of the screen that I wanted to show for our students and needing guidance in being able to make this possible. They promptly replied with pics and diagrams in helping me resolve my issue. Then they clarified that I needed to try using the link in a different browser to clarify that it worked. I appreciate their patience and abilities to resolve and help me understand the correct steps needed. I am very grateful for their prompt and helpful support.
