I am extremely disappointed with my experience with EcoShield\. I originally switched from Proof because I was told EcoShield would provide better service, but honestly, I regret leaving Proof\. With Proof, whenever I had an issue, they took care of it properly and the resolution was always what I expected\. I never felt like I had to fight to get the service I was paying for\. With EcoShield, the service did not meet my expectations, and I ended up having to remove the webs myself\. When I contacted customer service because I was unhappy and wanted to cancel, I felt like my concerns were dismissed\. Their solution was simply to send someone back out and “do it right,” but they were unwilling to waive the charge even though I was unhappy with the service I already received\. What is even more frustrating is that I was told by the representative that this was not a contract\. Now I am being told that I am committed to a long\-term agreement and could be charged a termination fee\. I feel like I was misled when I agreed to the service\. I have wasted so much time making calls, sending emails, and repeatedly explaining the same situation, only to feel like I am getting nowhere\. The customer service experience has been extremely frustrating\. **I honestly regret leaving Proof\.** Proof always handled my concerns, did the job right, and gave me a resolution that met my expectations\. I switched because I thought EcoShield would be better, but unfortunately my experience has been the complete opposite\.
